The Site provides services for sending bulk SMS/WhatsApp messages, notifications, and reporting. Users acknowledge performance statements such as sending speed and delivery rates as presented in our marketing materials.

3. User Obligations

• Keep registration information accurate and up to date
• Do not share account credentials with third parties
• Do not use the Site for purposes contrary to law or third-party rights
• Comply with WhatsApp’s usage policies and local regulations
• Obtain recipient consent and use permission-based data for bulk messaging

4. Content and Media Responsibilities

• Media content sent (images, videos, PDFs) must comply with laws and not infringe copyrights
• The User is responsible for populating dynamic personalization fields with correct data
• In the event of negative feedback or complaints, content responsibility lies with the User

5. Performance and Analytics Reports

Real-time analytics include metrics such as message delivery, open, and click-through rates. These data are for informational purposes and should not be construed as a performance guarantee.

6. Payments and Credit Model

• In the credit-based payment model, purchased credits are non-refundable
• Credit usage periods and validity conditions apply as stated at the time of purchase
• The User is responsible for low-balance monitoring; sending halts when the balance is exhausted

7. Limitation of Liability and Warranties

• Message delivery speed and open rate are reference values stated in our marketing materials and are not absolute guarantees
• Mesajla.tr is not responsible for interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or third-party service providers
• The User is responsible for sending errors arising from incorrect data or lack of consent

8. Violations and Sanctions

Accounts acting contrary to the Terms may be warned, restricted, or terminated. In severe violations, legal proceedings may be initiated.

9. Changes

Mesajla.tr reserves the right to make changes to the Terms. Changes are effective as of the publication date.
